马卡：皇马新伯纳乌酒吧因承租方违约陷困境，拖欠工程款无法开业

11月21日讯 《马卡报》报道，皇马新球场的顶级项目天空吧（伯纳乌特许经营酒吧）因承租方违约而陷入困境，该项目陷入拖欠工程款、无法开业的窘境，预期年营收1500万欧元的项目蒙尘。

西媒表示，皇马于2023年7月11日与Anastia Gourmet餐饮公司签订天空吧租赁合同。然而，这家仅有3000欧元注册资本、毫无经验的新公司未能履行合同义务。该公司利用皇马声誉获取供应商信任，但拖欠工程相关企业约400万欧元债务，导致无法获得开业许可。

2023年8月，赫雷斯的加西亚-德尔加多集团以25万欧元收购Anastia 51%股份，承诺30天内注资600万欧元，但未兑现承诺。更令人不满的是，新股东随后试图以2000万欧元向第三方转售项目。

皇马随即采取行动终止租赁合同，禁止Anastia进入场地。作为回应，Anastia向皇马提起1600万欧元诉讼。目前，包括泰勒-斯威夫特演唱会在内的多项活动面临推迟，皇马正寻求法律途径尽快解决问题。据悉，已有多家实力企业表达接手意向，但需等待与Anastia的法律纠纷解决。
